Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Important Exceptions:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Leather & Suede items and Tanks & Tees unless faulty
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – Our style-conscious support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of your new item

Refund Process

  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
